David has a deep knowledge and passion for recycling. He has owned, operated or advised four separate reclamation companies. He was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Perpetual Recycling Solutions, the leading U.S. provider of food-grade recycled PET flake in Richmond, IN. He owned and was chief executive of Pure Tech Plastics in Farmingdale, NY. He advised on the start-up of Geo-Tech Polymers in Waverly, OH and a distressed reclaimer, Plastic Reclamation Partners, in Chicago, IL.

Jim Schneider,
Vice President of Operations at Sustana Fiber

Jim holds a degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point. Jim’s career began with International Paper Research in Erie, PA, and entered the mill system in a variety of roles including Technical Management, Director of Quality, Engineering, and Operations. Prior to joining Sustana Fiber, Jim worked in Product Development focused on food packaging and release liner development.

Ashley has over 8 years of experience working with environmental and sustainability programs. Ashley’s goal is to generate business value through thought leadership as well as creating and educating on sustainable solutions throughout the organization.
