Meet the experts at your service

UPM Raflatac’s new Americas Technical Product Consulting team is dedicated to helping companies choose the right label stock products to meet their needs. The industry is constantly changing, and this group of experts is readily available to offer targeted support and expertise.

Altogether, our knowledgeable team has over 125 years of industry experience. Keep reading to learn more about who they are and where they come from!

Megan Letarte, Technical Product Consulting Manager

Megan has over 30 years of experience in the pressure sensitive and paper industries. She began her career working for a paper manufacturer but then moved into the world of label stock. From there, she managed a label converting factory for 14 years before returning to the pressure sensitive materials business. Megan’s label converting experience has brought a different perspective to UPM Raflatac, and when she dons her “customer hat”, she becomes the voice of the customer inside the company. In her first role with UPM Raflatac, she served as the Product Manager for thermal transfer and direct thermal label stocks, and she was able to incorporate her converting knowledge to expand her role to include technical marketing. Therefore, it was a natural move for Megan to lead UPM Raflatac’s newly-developed Technical Product Consulting team.
