FAQs - Surplus rolls

What if a product I want is not listed?

  • The surplus roll list is updated regularly based on our current inventory. If you can’t find the product or size you are looking for, be sure to create a “saved search”. You will be notified automatically when a match becomes available for your “saved search” request.

What if I want a different width, length or core size?

  • Orders submitted online will be shipped at the sizes listed in your shopping cart. If you need to discuss reworking lengths or widths, please contact us before submitting your order.

If I add a roll to my shopping cart is it still available or is it put on hold?

  • The rolls are not removed from availability until the order is placed.

Can I request a later delivery date?

  • If you need an improved delivery date, feel free to contact us .

How do I cancel or make changes to an order once it has been submitted?

  • Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to a submitted order. Orders are submitted directly to the UPM Raflatac order entry system and may be processed the same day.

How can I request expedited shipping?

  • UPM Raflatac always strives to give provide our customers with the best possible delivery date , however, discounted orders take longer to process compared to standard orders. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us, and we will give you a quote for an expedited shipping rate.

Is freight the same rate as first quality orders?

  • Yes.

How will my order be packed?

  • Orders for surplus rolls are packed according to UPM Raflatac, Inc.'s packaging standards.

I found some rolls I want but I’m not ready to order them yet. Can the rolls be reserved for me?

  • All surplus rolls are available on a first come, first served basis. Rolls cannot be reserved.

What are your disclaimers?

  • Surplus orders do not have the same lead and transit time as standard orders. If you have any questions or your order is time sensitive, please contact us.
  • Freight exemptions and/or rebate programs do not apply with surplus roll orders.​
  • For actual delivery date, please review your order confirmation email.

Have questions concerning waranty?

Is our surplus rolls site compatible with Labeltraxx?

  • No. Customers cannot place surplus orders through Labeltraxx.
