Additional infoFoodgloss / RP36 FG –laminate gets an evaluation less than 1 (off-flavor just perceptible, still difficult to define) in a Sensory Analysis for Indirect Transition of Flavour according to EN 1230-2 (Robinson test).
ApprovalsAccredited laboratory has given RP36 FG adhesive an approval according to European requirements for a direct contact with dry and moist , non-fatty foodstuffs and such kind of fatty foodstuffs which have a correction factor of at least 2 according to the regulation (EU) No 10/2011. In addition labels coated with RP36 FG adhesive may be used for labeling of food packaging materials. According to FDA regulations adhesive may come into direct contact with dry foodstuffs or it must be separated by a functional barrier. The laboratory has EN ISO 17025 accreditation for analytics and ISO 17065 for certification.
Regulatory infoThe raw materials conform to EU 10/2011 and adhesive is in compliance with the demands of the Code of Federal Regulations, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) , 21 CFR Ch. I (April1, 2011 edition) § 175.105.
