LimitationsRP45 LW is recommended especially for labeling of rough or even patterned plastic substrates like crates, containers and pallets in logistics applications.
Other labeling substrates should be tested carefully prior to application. Water wash-off characteristics are not as good as those of RP 45.
Water absorption properties of the face paper will strongly influence the washability properties. Printing ink and method will also greatly influence the wash-off time. There is a risk that the wash-off properties may be reduced if stored in humid or cold conditions or under UV-exposure for longer periods of time. Wash-off properties should be tested prior to the application.
Shelf lifeOne year from the date of manufacture in +20°C and RH 50%.
