Storage

UPM Raflatac recommends that its self-adhesive laminates are stored at 20 ºC with a relative humidity of 50%. Labelstock should be stored in its original packaging and protected from light. Damp and hot conditions should be avoided. Exposure to direct sunlight may have an adverse effect on the quality of the laminate.

The shelf life is printed on the Technical Information Sheets provided for each product. It is calculated from the date of the labelstock’s manufacture and is based on the adhesive’s ability to maintain optimal labelling properties during storage.

Toy labelling

All the adhesives used by UPM Raflatac in the manufacture of self-adhesive laminate conform to the European Standard for the Safety of Toys, EN71 part 3.If you have been unable to find the information you were looking for, please contact your local Technical Customer Service office for assistance.
