Raflatac introduces Raflex Plus, a conformable, transparent film that delivers superior print register both on press, and label application/dispensing systems, for highest quality applications that require the most demanding registration tolerances.

Raflex Plus, an innovative Polyolefin-based face material, provides those stiffness characteristics essential in applications that require the tightest print-to-print, print-to-die cut and label application/dispensing registration tolerances. Raflex Plus matches optimum stiffness with demanding conformability requirements, eliminating wrinkling tendencies when used on squeezable products.

This 5.3 mil. material construction combines Raflex Plus with Raflatac’s proprietary permanent RP37 film adhesive, and a 2.5 mil high density white liner. Raflex Plus is ideal for applications where resistance against water, oil, and/or chemicals is critical. This unique film offers exceptional print characteristics for a wide range of processes including flexography (conventional and UV), screen, gravure, letterpress and offset.
