In the future, UPM Raflatac will compute the fuel surcharge for labelstock deliveries within the continental United States using the National U.S. Diesel Fuel Prices reported by the U.S. Department of Energy. Adjustments will automatically be made every time fuel prices change and remain within a new price bracket for a minimum of 30 days.
