Starting with looks, excellent clarity due to high transparency and thinness (2.2 mil.) makes Raflex Plus Clear every bit the aesthetic equal of PP and ideal for the no-label look. The material has exceptional printability for a fine print resolution, thanks to our own top-coat development. That’s the best of PP and PE in a single product!

In terms of functionality, trouble-free die-cutting and dispensing is provided by good stiffness optimized for label sizes typical in personal care. What’s more, good conformability and squeezability on curved PE bottles puts Raflex Plus on a level superior to PP and as close as it gets to PE.

Productivity for the highest expectations

Raflex Plus also offers better productivity compared to thicker materials used in health & beauty like PE 85. A longer roll length in the same diameter means more labels per roll, resulting in fewer roll changes, a reduction in waste during conversion and higher average productivity.
