Raflatac acquires self-adhesive laminate factory in China

Raflatac takes over 80 % of the company's share capital. The signing took place on 21 June, 1999.

The acquisition will further strengthen Raflatac's presence in Asia. It will especially improve Raflatac's service in the Shanghai area where Raflatac has previously had a representative office. Raflatac also has a sales office in Hong Kong and has conducted regular sales in the area for almost 20 years.

Mr Yean Seng Wong has been appointed Managing Director at Raflatac (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
