Matrix brakes off during converting

Przyczyna

Releasable angle of matrix may be wrong for A4 sheets.

Sposób postępowania

With A4 products, the required pull-off strength is double that of normal reel products.

1. Check your die cutting tools - is the tool worn or the wrong kind? Please contact the supplier of your die cutting tools to get tools of the right dimension. You can get the material specifications from Raflatac.

2. A low angle during matrix separation requires a smaller force than matrix at a higher angle.

A smaller separation roll needs less force.
