Sticky edges of cutted sheet pile
| Cause | Action |
|---|---|
| Inaccurate guillotine blade. | Use clean, sharp and undamaged guillotine blade. |
| Adhesive build-up on the blades. | Use silicone spray for both sides of the blade regularly. |
| Too high clamp pressure. | Use the lowest possible clamp pressure. |
| Too high stack height. | Max. height: Paper 5-6 cm, Synt. 3-4 cm. |
| Low cohesion or high coatweight of the adhesive. | Inform the mill. |
