Laminate curling in cross direction during the converting process

Appearance

Cause

Humidity and temperature in converting space are not at the right level.

Action

Raflatac's recommendations for humidity and temperature are: relative humidity 40-60 %, temperature 19-23 °C. Please have the reel delivered one day before converting and open the wrapping. This gives time to balance the reel with the ambient conditions.
