UPM Raflatac announces lifetime guarantee for library book RFID tags
12.10.2007UPM Raflatac has introduced a warranty for RFID tags sold into library book tagging applications. The guarantee covers the lifetime of a book in standard environmental conditions. The lifetime of a book in a public lending library is considered to be 10 years.
The introduction of this warranty reinforces UPM Raflatac’s commitment to the adoption of RFID technology by the public lending library sector. It is also testimony to the high-quality performance of UPM Raflatac HF tags, which are the industry benchmark in library applications.
