Updated A4 VIP brochure for new technologies

3.11.2003

Raflatac has published a new A4 VIP brochure. The brochure presents Raflatac’s A4 product range and provides an overview of the latest A4 printing technologies.

The revised publication also includes two new features: a ‘Backing Selector’ and ‘Selector by End-Use’ help customers find the right product for specific end-use applications. In addition, a detailed ‘Universal A4 Requirements’ table provides a general perspective of the label supply chain, focusing on the actions and processes used to attain optimal performance with Raflatac products.

The new faces of A4 labelling

For high resolution and photographic ink-jet and laser applications, Raflatac has added Lasermatt to the existing gloss and matt finished paper-based face stocks. Also new, Raflatac’s film-based Polyjet products have been developed for use in a variety of SOHO applications.

Raflatac’s patented Duoface is another recent introduction to the A4 product range, in answer to the advances made with duplex printing technology. Duoface labelstock comprises two mutually supportive face stocks, each performing the role of release liner for the other. Both face layers can be printed and applied to a variety of products, with no release liner waste.

The A4 brochure will initially be released in English. French, German, Spanish and Italian versions will be released later in the year.

Eulalia Alcaraz, Product Manager for Raflatac comments on the new brochure: “As a leading supplier of labelstock, Raflatac closely follows the continuous advances made with laser and ink-jet printing technology. This latest brochure has been compiled to offer converters and end-users more technical and practical advice.”

English, German and French versions of the 'A4 VIP Book' are available from Raflatac Communications (fax +358 2041 68136, e-mail raflatac@raflatac.com).  A PDF version of the publication is also available for download at www.raflatac.com in the News and publications section.
