High Whiteness for Pure Colour

22.9.2003

Raflatac offers a new generation of coated mid-gloss products with improved whiteness and brightness to meet the demands of the market. Raflacoat now has a more even face and one of the highest whiteness levels of any mid-gloss paper. Raflalite has also been improved to offer the highest whiteness of any thin mid-gloss paper.

Raflatac now introduces Raflabrite, a multi-purpose face stock offering the highest level of whiteness for any mid-gloss paper on the market, even exceeding the previous levels set by Raflatac’s own mid-gloss range.

Raflabrite is a multicolour, multipurpose label paper, ideally suited for food, pharmaceutical, industrial chemical, retail, industrial and product labelling.  It provides good printability and pure colour reproduction for high-quality labels.  The product is printable with the majority of modern printing methods, as well as thermal transfer printing with wax/resin ribbons and offers high stiffness and rigidity for reliable matrix stripping and trouble-free dispensing for oversized labels.

Raflatac has recently published ‘The Whiteness Book’ presenting the company’s coated product range. The brochure describes current market trends and the ways in which Raflatac has improved their existing products to meet the demands of end-users. The publication has been created as a tool for converters in finding the right face materials and a guide for packaging engineers in sourcing the most suitable coated paper for their labelling applications.

‘The Whiteness Book’ is available in English and product cards for Raflabrite, Raflacoat and Raflalite are available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
