Increases in Raflatac's selling prices
15.12.2000In the self-adhesive laminate business, raw material prices have continued to rise in the new millennium. Pulp and oil prices have increased remarkably over the last 12 months. During the same period, the Euro has dropped from a level of USD 1.16 to more or less parity. The increased oil price has also had a direct influence on transport prices and on the price of polymers used in synthetic films and adhesive components.
Raflatac's selling prices will increase by 5-6 %, depending on the product, as of 3 April 2000.
