ProLiner PP30 can be run at higher speeds while maintaining excellent print registration and with a much reduced risk of web breaks. With the paper backing removed from the equation, less paper dust also yields a more consistent print quality, and a smoother adhesive layer delivers a superb print on the adhesive side.
Thinner labelstock means more labels on a roll, fewer roll changes and a reduction in packaging, transport, stock space and waste – so there are environmental benefits, too. Polypropylene is a valuable material which makes it possible to recycle at a profit. Customers of UPM Raflatac can be reimbursed for liner waste collected from packers and delivered through our RafCycle® program.
