Order process and efficiency gains with Raflink Direct

E-business is the answer, and it just got better with the very latest tools. We started out with the Raflink Business Line, the secure online ordering service still going strong after its 10th anniversary last year...

Next came Raflink Easy Order, a purpose-built, freely integratable software module that allows customers to place orders directly from their own ERPs. It’s also possible to further adapt Easy Order to import data directly from the shipping list sent by XML– more about the advantages below.

Going one better with CERM and Label Traxx

Now we’d like to remind anyone who hasn’t heard, that major ERP vendors CERM and Label Traxx have integrated our very latest Raflink Direct module into their own software packages.

Raflink Direct offers all the advantages of Easy Order, but it’s an ‘out of the box’ solution – no project or additional maintenance contract required. All our shipping data is received by the CERM and Label Traxx ERP systems, and the shipping details are known the moment we despatch the goods. 

In short, Easy Order and Raflink Direct offer additional gains in efficiency. Double-entry and possible manual entry errors are eliminated, goods receipt is faster, and inventory accuracy and traceability are improved. The same tools are also an asset in production planning, as labelstock expected the next day can be allocated to a customer order and taken straight to the machinery set to run it.
