The following ISO certifications express UPM Raflatac's commitment to quality and the environment. They assure the high quality of our systems, products and services.

ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System

UPM Raflatac has a single global certificate for ISO 9001:2008 for all UPM Raflatac factories. A corporate certificate demonstrates that our product quality and systems are globally consistent.

ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System

UPM Raflatac’s factories in Europe; Mills River, NC, USA; Dixon, IL, USA; Changshu, China; Johor, Malaysia; Durban, South Africa; and Melbourne, Australia have successfully developed an Environmental Management System that conforms to the ISO 14001:2004 standard. This demonstrates a genuine commitment to improving our environmental performance, with regular assessment visits to ensure that the systems are followed and that objectives and targets to improve environmental performance are set and followed annually.
